Kyoto Room

This room provides a luxurious king size platform bed and a private bathroom. This room has a TV, mini-fridge and microwave for your convenience. This room faces gardens on two sides and is located at the rear of the inn. This room is on the second floor and we do not have elevators in our Inn.

It is decorated in a masuline theme of browns to represent a captains berth on a ship of old. Whole House

Enjoy the entire house to yourself! Book the Admiral Peary house privately for an event or family trip. If you're looking to enjoy the Mt. Washington Valley and the White Mountains this is the place for you! The house has seven unique rooms all with private bathrooms. We have a spacious kitchen and two large tables for dining. Fireplace and library. Even a Fenced in yard for dogs. Three Season Sunporch, Large TV in Entertainment room. Outdoor gas and fire pit. All rooms have TV, Microwave, Keurig, min-fridge. Perfect location for watching the leaves change, skiing, tubing on the Saco river or shopping in N Conway. Located 15 minutes to N. Conway, Bridgton and an hour to Portland.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation you can do so with $50
cancellation fee if you provide a notice within 14 days prior scheduled
arrival date.
As a small inn we generally don't have the opportunity to rebook
cancelled rooms. Therefore, guests are responsible for all charges in
the event of late arrival, early departure, or cancellations made
within less than 14 days of the arrival date, regardless of reason.
